Crystals and various minerals and metals are wonderful tools, which can, when properly used and cared for, enhance and amplify energy.

What one must remember is that they are tools, not a substitute for or key to using healing & psychic energy.  The energy comes from Light, and must be practiced, worked with, and deeply respected. 

Having said this, there are many ways to connect with the wonderful, natural world, and much we can do to heal the planet and ourselves by working with them.
